 NATHA YOGI IN VARANASI
Seminar - retrit on natha's hatha-yoga,  5-20th of January
Seminar will hold by Guru Yogi Shri Matsyendranath Maharaj

Varanasi - the sacred city of Shiva, located on coast sacred river Ganga. To this  place make wandering many followers of Shiva and many yogas.


 
Employment are calculated on people with any level of preparation!
Practice of hatha-yoga will pass two times a day, in the morning and in the evening, and within day - sat-sangas which Guru.
There are a visiting of local temples and dialogue with spiritual Teachers Natha-sampradaya in India.

In addition:
    * the Arrival in Delhi is planned for 6th of January, where also there will be an opportunity to visit sight and to communicate to the spiritual Teacher of tradition advayata-shaiva Shri Pramod Sharma                                 
 
    * Acquaintance to a spiritual life of India
    * Employment by yoga with Rekesh Pandey

Farewell with old and a celebration of New 2008 year Print E-mail

   Seminar will hold by Guru Yogi Shri Matsyendranath Maharaj from December, 20th till January, 2nd. Action will take place: in Thailand (Pattaya), to Malaysia (island Penang), and a celebration of New year takes place in Singapore.
    These are special employment on hatha-yoga which will take place two times in the morning and in the evening with day time digression on local sights. The program is made for the people, were interested yoga and culture of Southeast Asia.

     
The seminar will take place in three East countries.

Attention! On June, 16-17th a master-class of the Guru Yogi Matsyendranath  Maharaj will take place in the NEO-Yoga studio . 

01The program of seminar:

    Saturday (on June, 16th):
 I: 14:00-18:00;
II: 19:00-21:00 (with breaks at the discretion of the master) - Lectures on a practice in Natha-sampradaya. Practice of asanas, dangers of practice of hatha-yoga without instructions of the competent teacher, the Guru. Pranayama.
    Sunday (on June, 17th):
III: 10:00-13:00;
IV: 14:00-18:00 (with breaks at the discretion of the master). Practice for practising any level. Pranayama. Answers to interesting questions. Science of Mantras in understanding of Nathas. The basic texts of nathas' tradition on hatha-yoga.
