The meeting and seminar of Guru Matsendranath Maharaj was been on October 13th, 14th and 15th in Neo Yoga sdudio (Moscow).
Friday on October 13th:
Press conference: Acquaintance with the Master, answers to questions.
The beginning at 18:00 (2-3 hours). Free entrance.
The program of seminar:
Saturday on October 14th:
18:00 - practice of yoga - sukshma-vyayama, asanas, pranayama, base of practice of these steps.
Sunday on October 15th:
12:00 - an explanation of principles of the Yama and Niyama, practice of shatkarmas (clarification), principles of new hatha-yoga methods by texts: Hatha-yoga Pradipika, Shiva Samhita, Gheranda Samhita, Sidda Siddhanta Paddhati and others.
18:00 - system of construction of individual practice based on traditional system of natha-yoga.
