The program of seminar:

    Saturday (on June, 16th):
 I: 14:00-18:00;
II: 19:00-21:00 (with breaks at the discretion of the master) - Lectures on a practice in Natha-sampradaya. Practice of asanas, dangers of practice of hatha-yoga without instructions of the competent teacher, the Guru. Pranayama.
    Sunday (on June, 17th):
III: 10:00-13:00;
IV: 14:00-18:00 (with breaks at the discretion of the master). Practice for practising any level. Pranayama. Answers to interesting questions. Science of Mantras in understanding of Nathas. The basic texts of nathas' tradition on hatha-yoga.
