The program of seminar:
The practice of hatha-yoga (trainings 2 times a day for 2-3 hours: early morning, evening).
The Mantra-meditation at coast.
Cleaning kriyas.
Single campaigns in mountains, excursions.

For courageous we will have a rise on seen in the distance a plateau Ay-Petri is planned. There are the series of unique lectures on mantrology, histories of the Indian philosophy, Kashmir shaivism is supposed in seminar.
